There was a time when I felt completely lost. Life as I knew it had shattered and with it, so had my sense of self. I had given everything to the roles I played —partner, mother, caregiver —until one day, I realized I had nothing left for myself. I was running on empty, disconnected from joy, purpose and even my own reflection in the mirror.

Loss has a way of stripping you down to your rawest form. For me, it wasn’t just the loss of relationships or circumstances — it was the loss of me. Trauma had rewritten my story and for a long time, I believed the version that told me I was broken, stuck and unworthy of something better.

But something inside me refused to accept that as my ending. I became relentless in my search for healing. Not just healing the pain, but rediscovering the woman beneath it all — the one I had buried under years of fear, doubt and self-sacrifice. I immersed myself in deep, transformational work: hypnotherapy, breathwork, coaching and the power of the mind to rewrite my narrative. And what I found? That the key to healing and moving forward had always been within me.

I made a choice. To rise. To reclaim myself. To stop living for everyone else’s expectations and start creating a life that felt like mine.

Now, I help others do the same.

Through my work as a transformational coach, I guide women who feel lost, stuck and disconnected from their true selves. I take them on the journey I once walked — through healing, self-discovery and into unstoppable confidence. Using hypnosis, coaching and powerful mindset shifts, I help women break free from the past and step fully into the life they were meant to live.

Because here’s what I know for sure: No matter what you’ve been through, no matter how lost you feel, you are not broken. You are not too far gone. And you are not meant to stay stuck.
